Please read these policies and regulations carefully before your stay
GUEST POLICIES
- Check-in Time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 11:00 AM (Additional fees for late check out)
- Check-in Age Restriction: 18+ years old can only check-in
- Valid ID required for check-in
- No cheques accepted
- No refunds
- Children stay free at a standard rate based on the room size
- No smoking allowed in the room
- Alcohol and Drugs are not permitted
- No pets are allowed on the premises
Rules and Regulations
Each guest prior to getting accommodated in the hotel will be considered to have read and accepted the following rules and regulations in force.
- The management reserves the right to change any or all the regulations from time to time, as it is found necessary.
- It is the discretion of the Management to admit or refuse admission to any visitor without assigning any reason whatsoever. The management reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the room or premises without giving any notice or reason.
- No outsider will be allowed to get into the room without the permission of the management. No outsider is allowed to be in the room between 11pm and 7am. In such cases, guests can utilize the reception area for their meeting for a shorter span of time.
- All kinds of gambling, immoral and disruptive activities are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
- Pets and other animals are not allowed inside the premises.
- The management shall not be held responsible for any loss of cash or valuables left in the room. It is requested the guests do not hand over money with any of the staff without a proper receipt or bill.
- It is not allowed to use personal appliances for cooking in the rooms.
- It is our request to the guests do not use candles or other open flames without prior permission.
- While the management assures to provide all reasonable and appropriate comfort to the guests, any incivility on the part of the hotel staff may kindly be brought to the attention of the management, which shall be attended to immediate effect in a meticulous manner. It is our earnest request to the guests that under no circumstances, the guests should take direct action on the staff whatever the nature of the complaint that may be.
- Cancellation of bookings can be made before 24 hours. Advance amount will not be reimbursed if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of time span.
- Tampering of building properties is not allowed.
- Please report all safety concerns, maintenance issues or damage to the front desk as soon as they are observed.
- All standard laws and regulations in the field of lodging are applicable.
